PAYMENT METHODS

In case you choose to pay by credit card you must be present at the receipt of your order with your credit card and your ID. In this case the receipt of the order from a third party is not allowed. The same goes if you order on behalf of a company. In this case the card must be corporate and the name of the recipient must be written on the card. When placing an order, the purchase agreement is made after the transfer of your payment is completed.
WITHDRAWAL, RETURN & REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement:
a) in all cases in which, through proven fault of Yours Style, products other than or substantially different from those you ordered were delivered to you.
(b) in all cases where there has been a defect in the product.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their exchange with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request payment of the price you paid us, in all cases where there was a defect in the product, within 14 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a defect, only if it is caused by Yours Style’s fault, the product can be replaced, after telephone contact with us.
In addition, in all cases the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all documents which accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. etc.). Prior to any return, it is advisable to consult Yours Style. In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
1. contact Yours Style the same day or the next business day to state your intention.
2. in case of change of the product within 14 days with another or other up to the amount of the price or with additional price or withdrawal within 14 days according to article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used .
3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.).
In case of product replacement, the consumer is charged 5 euros (which is part of the shipping costs – bank charges etc.)
ORDER CANCELATION
Cancellation of the order can be done at the following:
1. Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the delete button.
2. If the online order has been completed but the product has not been invoiced / shipped yet, you can call +30 697 381 7837 and we will undertake the cancellation of your order.
3. In case your order has already been invoiced but you have not yet received it and you wish to cancel it, then contact us immediately at +30 697 381 7837 and provide the details of your order. We will inform you immediately about all your options.
ORDER DELAY
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
– The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier: In such a case, we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver the order without this product or to suggest an alternative.
– The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available: In this case we will contact you directly to provide you with all alternatives.
– In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
– In case it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your details you have entered are not correctly updated.
