PRODUCT RETURNS

Read below our company policy.

Returns are made only after contacting us with the contact details and exclusively with the procedure that we will indicate to you. If the procedure we have indicated to you is not followed, we are not obliged to receive and carry out your exchange unless the delivery charge has been paid by you.

* In the case of national holidays, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders regardless of the shipping method you have chosen.

REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 working days from the date you received it.

The product must be in perfect condition, as received and the special markings (tags/barcode) must not have been removed. For hygiene reasons, lingerie-swimwear and beauty products (earrings, etc.) are not returnable.

The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company. The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.

Changes in the number are not charged with shipping costs. If you choose to replace one product with another, the shipping of the new product will be subject to the shipping charge (depending on the pickup area and the weight of the parcel, as indicated in the shipping charges) plus any difference between the products, if any. Offsetting the price difference with transport is not possible.

Each return is made exclusively through a courier company that we will indicate to you after contacting you.

Alternatively, you can return the product and make the exchange at our physical store at the above address, showing your receipt.

Please note that the product you choose for replacement can be from any product category, but replacements can only be made between products of the same season  (winter or summer).

RETURN BECAUSE OF OUR FAULT

In case the product delivered to you is incorrect (ie it is not the product of your order) or is defective, you can contact our online store within 14 days from the date of receipt, in the contact details, to schedule the receipt of the wrong product with costs to be borne by us and to agree on the delivery of the correct product you have ordered (including shipping costs).
