ACCOUNT

You can browse our online store without necessarily having to create a personal account. If you want  to create an account, in the top right menu, you will see the user icon (little man), which, if you select it, will lead you to the account creation and  editing of your profile information. From the same icon you can also log in in the future as a  registered user.

In case you can not log in to your account, make sure that the information you enter is correct. If you still do not have access, select the “I forgot my password” option under the login form and you will be sent an email with instructions for recovering your account.

PAYMENT METHODS

pay on delivery – 3,00€
You can pay your order to the courier upon delivery, in cash and with the additional charge for the cash on delivery service.

PayPal – 0.00 €
You can pay for your order through the secure PayPal platform. In the PayPal interface, you will be redirected upon completion of the order.

You can pay for your order by depositing it in the bank account ALPHA BANK GR93 0140 6640 6640 0231 0018 912 (Beneficiary Stavridis Nikolaos of Spyridon).

MEANS OF DISPATCH

With this option you will receive your parcel either through us or with one of the 5 available courier companies that we work with. Delivery takes place within 1 to 6 working days depending on the area in which you are.

You can pick up your order from our physical store, Pl. 37 Kornarou Street, Heraklion, Crete.

This option concerns sending a gift to a third party address. When completing your order at the checkout, select the shipping address where you wish the items to be sent as a Gift. Kατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας σας στο ταμείο επιλέγετε την διεύθυνση αποστολής που επιθυμείτε να σταλούν τα είδη ως Δώρο.

The above applies to the times and shipping costs. In the case of shipping as a gift, the option to purchase cash on delivery is not given.

The recipient’s details will not be used by us, except for the purpose of sending the gift. The recipient of the gift will not receive the proof of purchase, which will be sent to you by email. The recipient’s address will be stored in your addresses where you can delete it if you wish.

RETURNS

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 working days from the date you received it.
The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, as you received it and the special markings (tags/barcode) must not have been removed. Make sure that the product to be returned is packed correctly, so that no damage is caused, for which Yours Style will not be responsible. For reasons of hygiene, products such as underwear and beauty products (earrings etc.) are not returnable. The company has the right not to accept your return if the product does not comply with the return specifications listed above.

If you want a refund and not a replacement of the product you are returning, you can  make a request through our e-shop by sending an e-mail to info@yoursstyle.gr.

Provide us with a bank account IBAN, where the name of the first beneficiary (must be the same as the one who placed the order) and the bank to which the account belongs.

After contact us to confirm any dispute, the refund will be made to the bank account you have indicated, within 15 working days from the date we receive your parcel if you have paid by cash on delivery, and within 5 working days if you have paid by Paypal or by bank deposit. From the refund amount will be deducted  7,00euros and shipping costs.
