SHIPMENTS AND PAYMENTS

SHIPPING BY COURIER

With this option you will receive your parcel either through us or with one of the 5 available courier companies that we work with. Delivery takes place within 1 to 6 working days depending on the area in which you are.

In case you choose payment by cash on delivery the charge for cash on delivery is 3,00 euro.

The cost of transport for weight up to 3 kg is 4,00euros for Heraklion and 7,00euros for the rest of Greece except for the inaccessible areas where the cost of transport is 6,50 Euro.

In case the weight of the parcel is more than 3 kilos, then the shipping costs are charged at a cost of 1,00 Euro per extra kilo and for inaccessible areas 1,50 Euro per extra kilo.

SHIPPING AS A GIFT

This option concerns sending a gift to a third party address. When completing your order at the checkout, select the shipping address where you wish the items to be sent as a Gift.

The above times and shipping costs apply to the case of purchase by debit / credit card or Paypal as in this case the option of cash on delivery is not given.

The details of the recipient of the gift will not be used by us, except for the sending of the gift. Also, the recipient of the gift will not receive the purchase receipt which will be sent to you via email. The recipient’s address will be saved to your addresses from where you can delete it if you wish.

In case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account. In this case, the above mentioned above for shipping and refund methods applies.

PAYMENT METHODS

Your products are sent via courier company and the following charges apply for payment costs:

COD – € 3.00
Payment to the Courier upon delivery of the order, without credit card.

PayPal – 0.00 €
You can pay for your order via the secure PayPal platform. In the PayPal interface, you are redirected upon completion of the order.

Collection from the Store – 0.00 €
You can pay your order and pick up your products from the store at Pl. 37 Kornarou Street, Heraklion, Crete P.C. 712 01.

* Orders are shipped from our store within 3 working days. In case the order is placed on Friday or Saturday, then the shipment will be completed within 3 working days from the beginning of next week.

** In case of delay in delivery of orders, through the fault of the courier due to bad weather conditions or other reason, our company does not take responsibility.
